At OnlineKoiAuction.com you buy your Japanese koi very easily and safely through the auction principle. All koi start with a very low starting price, always $1, - USD. Then anyone can bid until the auction ends.
Account creation in 30 seconds
Every visitor can view all koi, both the details and the current price. If you want to bid on a koi, you need an account. Creating an account is done within 30 seconds. After you have verified your email address, the bidding can begin.
Active auctions you can easily view and sort by size, price and length. When you have found the koi you want to bid on, you can do so in 2 ways.
Different ways of bidding
There are 2 ways to place a bid, namely;
A loose bid
Option 1 is a separate bid. You can place a bid with an amount higher than the current bid. If you are outbid, you will receive an email about it.
An auto bid
Option 2 is bidding with an autobid. You place the maximum bid you want to make for the auction in question. There will be an immediate bid on your behalf with 1,- more than the highest bid. If you are outbid, the system will place a bid on your behalf that is 1,- higher than the current bid, until your maximum bid is reached. This way you don't have to bid every time. If you are outbid, you will be notified. You can then choose to increase your car bid.
When the auction is closed
As soon as you have won an auction you will receive an email. A few minutes later you will receive the invoice which you can easily pay online via iDeal or other payment methods.
More In the warmer months you can pick up your koi directly or have it delivered to your home, you can arrange this in your account. In the colder months your koi can overwinter with us for free. Your koi can then move to you as soon as the temperature allows. We will inform you of this. Here you will find more information about picking up or having your koi delivered.
No additional costs
The amount you bid or for which a koi is sold is also the price paid. This price includes VAT and is free of other costs such as administration costs, auction fees or commissions on top. Because every buyer can choose to pick up his or her koi or have it delivered, any delivery costs are not included in the price.
